Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Marketing & IT Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategies, digital campaigns, social media management, website development/maintenance, and a solid understanding of AI tools and technology trends. Experience working closely with CEOs or executive leadership teams is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Monitor analytics and performance of campaigns (Google Ads, email marketing, etc.)
• Develop content and strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
• Manage and grow company presence on platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Schedule and create engaging, brand-aligned content
• Monitor trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Oversee website updates, improvements, and functionality (basic HTML, CMS like WordPress or Wix)
• Ensure website is SEO-optimized and user-friendly
• Collaborate with designers/developers when necessary
• Identify and implement AI tools for marketing automation, customer engagement, and data analysis
• Stay updated on emerging tech tools to improve productivity and digital performance
• Work closely with the CEO on strategy planning and execution
• Present marketing reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership
• Support business development initiatives with tech-enabled solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing and IT (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and metrics
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, etc.
• Experience managing or updating websites and CMS platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and solution-driven mindset
