Job summary

مجموعة الفهيم is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead planning, campaigns, and customer communications within CME's marketing framework in the UAE. You will coordinate with line managers and central teams to ensure budgeting, timely execution, and alignment with customer lifecycle plans.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in marketing and at least five years in marketing, including two years in campaign execution (email, SMS, telemarketing, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• 5+ years of marketing experience; at least 2 years in campaigns.
• Copywriting and CRM agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update CME marketing plans in coordination with line manager and central Marketing team.
• Ensure campaigns are executed within budget and on schedule.
• Lead direct marketing campaigns including copywriting for English & Arabic channels.
• Enhance loyalty programs and partner network to boost retention and brand loyalty.
• Plan and manage events for B2B customers, principals, management, and dealers.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Job description

Key Accountabilities:

• Planning & Budget: Develop and update CME marketing plan in coordination with the line manager and central Marketing team to ensure alignment with department’s annual budget and plans. Ensure the marketing plans are executed within budget in a timely manner, according to the customer lifecycle communication plan.
• Customer Communication: Develop new mechanisms, update & enhance Customer Relationship Management processes and marketing strategies to target the relevant segment. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams as subject matter expert to define messages related to customer communication being sent through marketing channels.
• Direct Marketing Campaigns: Develop & implement new and relevant digital marketing mechanisms through liaising with business units to achieve their relevant targets, oversee and manage copywriting – English & Arabic to online E-shots, e-newsletters, and direct mailers
• Loyalty Programs: Acquire new partners and offer mechanisms to enhance retention & acquisition rate of members. Expand the network of partners for benefits program to ensure the program remains appealing to the customer and increases brand loyalty
• Event Management: Develop and execute relevant events for existing customers in line with the marketing roadmap. Manage the execution of business-to-business events that include principals, management and dealers
• Reports: Prepare monthly performance reports for business units detailing campaign performance, highlights potential issues, opportunities and make recommendations
• Marketing Specialist will work closely with CME and central marketing function, catering to heterogonous segment of customers

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Experience:

• 5 years of minimum experience in Marketing; out of which 2 years should be in marketing campaigns e.g. email, mail, SMS, telemarketing etc.
• Experience in copywriting & CRM agencies is preferred.
