Role Overview:
As our Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, user acquisition, and engagement through strategic partnerships with influencers and content creators. Experience in the B2B side of iGaming is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  2. Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with gaming influencers and content creators.
  3. Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including outreach, negotiation, contracts, content briefs, and reporting.
  4. Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including content, creative, product, and performance marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date on influencer trends, social media developments, and platform algorithm changes.
  7. Provide competitive analysis and insights on market trends within the influencer and iGaming space.
  8. Assist with B2B marketing initiatives where relevant, such as affiliate collaborations, events, or digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of proven marketing experience working with Twitch streamers, YouTubers, TikTokers, and Instagram influencers.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Self-starter with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
  4. Experience managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  5. Familiarity with influencer campaign tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Bonus: Experience or network within the B2B iGaming industry (e.g. affiliate marketing platform providers, operators).
