Position Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to support our AJC Group Marketing team at our Dubai office. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities for AJC International and its operating brand companies: Golden Phoenix, Mity Fresh, Early Dawn, Garden Maid, & Del Campo. Scope of Responsibility:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential markets and customer segments.
  • Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.

Customer Promotions & Branding:

  • Plan and execute customer promotions, ensuring alignment with overall branding and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage branding activities, including creating promotional materials, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, adjusting as needed to optimize results.

Internal Marketing Activities:

  • Coordinate internal communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and company events.

Skills:

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive with a “Yes I can" attitude, and organized; with ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proven marketing experience and will bring exciting new ideas to the team.
  • Able to rapidly adapt and respond to changing requests/priorities.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Highly collaborative work style.
  • Take initiative to drive problem resolution at the project level.
  • Experience with and passion for digital media (B2B preferred) and social platforms. Detailed knowledge on all social platforms including developing strategies that are native to individual channels.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and timelines, prioritizing tasks, as well as identifying and proposing new activities.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent documentation skills and the ability to articulate process improvements and required changes.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail. (Writing samples required)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and within a reporting environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions and teamwork with varied levels of management, peers, vendors, and partners across varying teams.
  • Highly collaborative sensibility, with the ability to be open-minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their idea.
