Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Party Camel Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand engagement and creativity through innovative digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across all social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  2. Generate engaging and compelling content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels, that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand identity and values.
  3. Manage social media accounts and communities, including content scheduling, posting, engagement, and monitoring of key performance metrics.
  4. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement innovative ideas to elevate our digital presence.
  5. Collaborate with external partners, freelancers, influencers as needed to produce visually stunning and on-brand assets for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  6. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  7. Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, features, and tools, and explore new opportunities for brand promotion and storytelling.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
  9. Contribute creative ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and social media management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation skills across various social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  4. Passion for storytelling and creativity, with the ability to develop unique and engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  5. Proficiency in graphic design, photo and video editing, and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
  6. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices for organic and paid content distribution.
  7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  9. Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative, experiment with new ideas, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
