Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to support our AJC Group Marketing team at our Dubai office.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities for AJC International and its operating brand companies: Golden Phoenix, Mity Fresh, Early Dawn, Garden Maid, & Del Campo.

Scope Of Responsibility
Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential markets and customer segments.
  • Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
Customer Promotions & Branding
  • Plan and execute customer promotions, ensuring alignment with overall branding and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage branding activities, including creating promotional materials, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
Internal Marketing Activities
  • Coordinate internal communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and company events.
