Ankabut is seeking a Digital Marketing and Content Creation Specialist to enhance its online presence and engage the educational community in the region. The role involves developing digital marketing strategies, creating visually appealing content, and managing social media across various platforms. We require a creative, data-driven professional with a solid background in digital marketing and graphic design, specifically tailored to the EdTech ecosystem.

As a Digital Marketing and Content Creation Specialist, you will enhance Ankabut’s online presence, engage educators, students, and educational institutions, and promote our services through innovative digital marketing strategies, compelling content, and high-quality graphic design. This role emphasizes creating visually appealing marketing materials tailored to the EdTech ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven professional with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, and proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution
· Develop and execute digital marketing plans to boost Ankabut’s brand visibility and engagement across channels.
· Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive traffic and conversions.
· Optimize website and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience to enhance discoverability.
· Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
2. Content Creation and Management
· Write and edit engaging content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters tailored to the EdTech audience.
· Develop multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and podcasts, to support storytelling and thought leadership.
· Maintain a content calendar using tools like Asana to ensure consistent and timely publication.
· Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, is SEO-optimized, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation
· Design visually appealing marketing collateral, including presentation decks, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website banners, using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
· Create and customize templates in Canva to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, incorporating Ankabut’s color scheme and logo.
· Develop interactive and trendy visual content, such as infographics and animated graphics, using Canva, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools to enhance engagement.
· Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive and compatible with platforms like Outlook, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels.
4. Social Media Management
· Create and curate visually engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) using Canva and Adobe Express to build community and drive engagement.
· Add interactive elements like clickable LinkedIn and Twitter icons to social media assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
· Monitor social media analytics using tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social to measure performance and refine strategies.
· Stay updated on social media trends and platform features to keep content relevant and impactful.
5. Analytics and Performance Optimization
· Set up and manage campaign tracking using Google Analytics, Canva’s built-in analytics, and social media insights.
· Analyze data to identify trends, measure campaign success, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
· Conduct A/B testing on visual and written content to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
· Prepare detailed performance reports using tools like Google Data Studio and present findings to the marketing team and leadership.
6. Collaboration and Partnerships
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to align marketing and design efforts with business objectives.
· Work with educational institutions and external partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded content, and visual campaigns.
· Represent Ankabut at industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and promote the brand through professionally designed materials.
· Support partnership marketing strategies with visually consistent assets to enhance Ankabut’s reach and influence.
Must-Have:
· 3+ years of experience in SEO optimization, graphic design, and social media management, with a focus on EdTech or education-related marketing. Mastery of tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and SEO platforms Bilingual.
· Proven expertise in graphic design and in using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Google Analytics to create and optimize marketing assets with a focus on brand consistency.
· Strong skills in designing branded, mobile-responsive visuals and managing social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
· Demonstrated initiative-taking and proactive mindset, with a track record of independently driving marketing projects to success.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and the EdTech ecosystem, with the ability to tailor strategies to educators and institutions.
· Innovative approach to designing marketing strategies and visuals that resonate with educators and institutions.
