About the job Marketing & Social Media Account Officer
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Utilize AI tools and technologies to analyze social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize content strategies.
  3. Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience.
  4. Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
  6. Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly those related to AI and machine learning.
  8. Generate and present reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in social media marketing.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and AI analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
  5. Excellent communication and writing skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  6. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and trends.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  2. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  3. Certification in social media marketing or related areas.
