TALENTMATE in Dubai seeks a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the execution of sales strategies, conduct market research, and coordinate campaigns. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and help grow brand visibility.

You’ll assist in preparing materials, analyzing data, and supporting campaigns while engaging with sales representatives and marketing executives to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing support roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is advantageous.

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Coordinate and manage sales and marketing events and activities effectively.
• Support sales team by preparing sales materials, data analysis, and presentations.

• Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales performance data and marketing analytics.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales support when required.
• Prepare and distribute sales and marketing reports, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate in developing promotional materials and managing inventory stock.
• Assist in coordinating social media content and digital marketing efforts.
