Right now, we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager within the Dubai Real Estate market.

We seek a candidate embodying resilience, agility, and progress, thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with a focus on impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive marketing audit analytics management, including:

• Assessing channel effectiveness and suggesting improvements;
• Identifying strategies to enhance conversions and market performance;
• Analyzing the operating system and internal workflows;

Requirements:

• Current Dubai location or the possibility to relocate there on short notice;
• Proficiency in Russian and English;
• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, Head of Marketing, or Marketing Lead;
• Expertise in Marketing 360°, including performance marketing, PR, lead generation, social media management, PPC, brand management, etc.;
• Experience working both in agencies and in-house;
• Experience with Dubai Real Estate is advantageous;
• Experience managing large budgets (up to $500k/month);
• Essential soft skills: fast learner, adaptable, stress-resistant, critical thinker.
