Description

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of marketing and branding across four key brands. You'll work closely with regional partners, sales teams, and external agencies to manage content creation, event planning, and marketing order management to support business growth.

Marketing Coordination & Branding

1. Handle marketing requests from partners, including marketing material orders and updates.
2. Maintain and update marketing inventory in the Dubai office.
3. Support the Regional Marketing Manager with marketing activities and corporate event planning.
4. Develop marketing toolkits in English for partner use.
5. Create and manage monthly newsletters and social media content in English.
6. Update and maintain brand websites for accuracy and consistency.
7. Communicate online leads received through digital platforms to partners.

Campaign Development & Content Creation

1. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns using InDesign and Illustrator.
2. Support customers and partners in creating and planning online campaigns.
3. Ensure timely preparation of marketing materials for product launches.

Event Management & Training

1. Take sole ownership of at least one major event, managing all marketing-related aspects.
2. Organize and conduct marketing training sessions, both online and onsite, for partners and internal teams.

Marketing Order Management

1. Attend customer meetings and oversee marketing material orders for partners.
2. Maintain and report on marketing material order templates.
3. Work with partners to develop new marketing tools for sales enablement.
4. Train customers on how to use partner portals effectively.

The successful candidate for this role:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within a global organization; multi-region experience is preferred.
3. Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is required.
4. Solid experience and understanding of all aspects of marketing coordination and content creation.
5. Experience with all media platforms (online and offline).
6. Experience with graphic design and production, both in print and digital - design and editing programs such as Illustrator and InDesign. Experience in Sitecore is a plus.
7. Strong communication skills with customers and accountability in delivering solutions.
8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
