Role: Marketing & PR Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:
The Marketing & PR Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and public relations initiatives to enhance the companyfs brand presence, generate leads and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving the companyfs growth and ensuring its competitive edge in the dynamic UAE market.

Key Accountabilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the companyfs objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales and management teams to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Public Relations and Communications

  • Manage the companyfs public image and reputation through strategic PR activities.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, newsletters and other communications materials to media outlets and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers and stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate press conferences, media briefings and other public events to promote the companyfs projects and achievements.

Content Creation and Management

  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels including social media, websites, blogs and print materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and PR materials.
  • Manage the companyfs social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, videos and advertisements.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing and online advertising.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve online presence and user experience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute promotional events, property launches and exhibitions to showcase the companyfs projects and services.
  • Collaborate with event organizers, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, event setup and post-event evaluations.
  • Utilize events to generate leads and enhance the companyfs visibility in the market.

Client and Stakeholder Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and property owners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations issues.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on company initiatives, projects and market trends.
  • Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve services and address concerns promptly.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and PR within the property management/real estate sector or relevant fields.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management, SEO and analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
