Human Resources Manager, ME Region at MARLI New York & Sartoro Jewelry

Position Overview:

The Marketing & PR Executive will play a vital role within the Marli New York regional Marketing department, reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager. This multifaceted role encompasses support, coordination, and leadership responsibilities across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

SUPPORT ROLE:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and PR plans aligned with the brand's global and regional strategy and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for brand exposure and promotion through strategic partnerships, events, and collaborations.
  • Manage and coordinate content collaborations.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing influencer marketing activities, both paid and organic.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for press releases, media kits, website, social media channels, and other marketing materials through collaborations.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and product placements to generate high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns.

COORDINATION ROLE:

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute events, including product launches, press previews, trunk shows, and support in clienteling out-of-store activations.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, guest lists, and follow-up communications to ensure successful outcomes.

Coordinate Creative Assets:

  • Coordinate all creative assets briefs and deliverables with New York and agencies, if any.
  • Manage assets such as invitations, e-catalogs, and other creative materials, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.

PR Agency Management:

  • Work closely with the PR agency to execute strategies that enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate on pitching story ideas, press releases, and product launches to secure media coverage in print, digital, and broadcast outlets.

LEAD ROLE:

  • Monthly - Market Research: Lead efforts to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monthly - Campaigns and Projects Recaps/Reports: Lead the recaps/reports of campaigns and projects, providing performance reviews and insights - in coordination with the Marketing and Communications Manager.
  • Monthly - Regional Marcom Plan: Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly regional marketing and communication plans; what’s done, ongoing, and upcoming.
  • Marli Post Newsletter: Take the lead in crafting and distributing the Marli Post newsletter.
  • Archiving and Organizing Department Shared Drive: Take responsibility for archiving and organizing the department Shared Drive according to established processes and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years experience in marketing/brand management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant industry experience or agency background.
