Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing & Media Communication or similar
  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a Marketing or related discipline
  • Account management experience in an international marketing agency or in the communications department of an international organization
  • Experience in developing marketing briefs, planning, and implementing annual budgets and activity plans, and executing international marketing campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing production and international media planning

Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Specialist will manage the delivery of brand and tactical campaigns across all paid, owned, and earned channels for multiple markets of small to medium size and complexity. Responsibilities include ensuring campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, managing relationships with agencies, and overseeing campaign execution to meet quality and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute campaigns across various channels, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
  2. Translate marketing briefs for creative and PR agencies and develop campaign responses for MMC approval.
  3. Oversee agency activities during campaign implementation to ensure timely delivery and asset quality.
  4. Build strong relationships with agencies, providing brand guidelines and fostering creative collaboration.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams, including MMC and Strategic Planners, to incorporate data-driven insights into campaigns.
  6. Communicate effectively with managers and teams to address issues and execute campaigns independently post-approval.
  7. Ensure campaigns reflect the brand promise and customer experience across all touchpoints.
  8. Determine and optimize budget requirements, monitor spending, and advise on adjustments.
  9. Collect and analyze data to optimize ongoing campaigns and gather learnings for future initiatives.
