Job summary

Deluxe Holiday Homes in Dubai seeks a hands-on Marketing Executive to own the physical and scheduled side of marketing across five brands. You’ll manage shoot calendars, vendor relations, and the daily publishing workflow, ensuring on-time delivery and reporting through a centralized Marketing OS.

You will not handle strategy or design; your focus is execution, coordination, and ensuring every task meets promised dates across multiple brands and channels.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in production coordination, marketing operations, traffic management, or event production — UAE experience required.
• Experience at a 50–500 person company handling schedules and vendors directly.

Responsibilities

• Own shoot calendar across all brands and issue briefs 7 days out.
• Run the readiness gate: scripts due 4 days out, GO/NO-GO by 6 pm, 3 days out.
• Lock properties with operations 3 days before each shoot.
• Publish content daily across five brands via Marketing OS and log live links.
• Moderate comments and DMs with routing rules to appropriate teams.
• Maintain Google/Bing profiles for ProKeep and HIVE with weekly posts.
