Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi LLC is seeking a Coordinator, Marketing to provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing & Communications function. The role handles budget tracking, procurement from requisitions to invoices, reporting, and approval workflows to ensure marketing activities stay on budget and on schedule.

The position collaborates with the Sr. Director, Brand and Growth and works with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external agencies to maintain compliant processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Desirable training in budgeting, procurement or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Marketing & Communications budget tracker and records spend.
• Prepares monthly budget-versus-actual and forecast reports.
• Supports marketing procurement end to end from requisitions to PO.
• Coordinates vendor onboarding and renewals.
• Tracks invoices and ensures timely payments.
• Produces monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyzes spend data to inform budget utilization and ROI.
• Manages approvals workflow and maintains approvals log.
• Provides administrative support to senior director and team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
