Job summary

M42 Ltd. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Officer, Marketing and Communications to support and implement marketing and communications plans across MH, aligning with strategic goals and brand standards.

You will execute integrated activities across brand management, media relations, digital channels, events, and stakeholder engagement, drafting content in English and Arabic as required, and collaborating with caregivers, physicians, and service line leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, Digital Media & Advertising, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels, platforms, programs, and creative marketing techniques.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed of trends, innovations, and best practices in healthcare marketing and communications.
• Lead and participate in meetings with professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with policies.
• Support the implementation of marketing, communications, PR, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Execute integrated marketing activities: brand management, media relations, internal comms, events, campaigns, social/digital, and market research.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and post-event reporting to evaluate ROI.
• Manage marketing requests from caregivers, physicians, and service line leaders for timely delivery.
• Develop and review content, reports, emails, and marketing materials in English and Arabic as required.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and performance reporting to identify improvements.
