We will be launching Kapitol, our bold new social gaming and entertainment concept – and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the launch and marketing roadmap for this exciting new brand. As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a compelling brand story, building awareness, and driving traffic and engagement pre- and post-launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for the launch and beyond.
  • Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand image across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with SHG’s lifestyle portfolio.
  • Execute targeted campaigns to attract our core audience
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies
  • Develop and execute robust social media strategies across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) to build community, generate excitement, and drive engagement.
  • Develop and execute creative, high-impact guerrilla marketing campaigns and reach target audiences.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI on all campaigns and activities.
  • Oversees the management of the marketing budget on a day-to-day basis.
  • Explore and implement influencer marketing strategies within the gaming community.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment, relevant social gaming industry experience will be highly preferred
  • Proven track record of launching new concepts or venues
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Energetic, trend-aware, and highly collaborative
  • Based in Dubai or open to relocate
