Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Brand and Project Identity: Develop and manage the brand's overall identity and project-specific branding. Ensure consistent communication across print, digital, and events.
  2. Budget Management: Prepare and track marketing budgets for optimal resource utilization. Track ROI for offline and integrated campaigns.
  3. Market Research and Collaboration: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Collaborate with sales to refine promotional strategies.
  4. Media Buying and Partnerships: Plan and procure media across platforms. Manage vendor negotiations and explore sponsorship opportunities.
  5. Event Management: Plan and execute events such as property launches, open houses, and client appreciation events. Handle logistics and vendor coordination.
  6. Public Relations: Build media relationships, oversee press releases, manage influencer collaborations, and handle awards submissions.
  7. Customer Journey: Map and personalize customer experiences, create sales kits and scripts, and curate gifts for brokers and partners.
  8. Compliance and Permissions: Obtain necessary permissions from Trakheesi for events and marketing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
