Al Marwan Real Estate/Developments is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record in real estate marketing, To lead campaigns that generate qualified leads, elevate brand presence, and support the launch and promotion of iconic developments. This role requires someone who understands lifestyle branding and the performance side of real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and brief full-funnel campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Google, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial development properties..
  • Own lead-generation metrics, set up lead generation ad strategies, track conversion rates,, ensuring we hit our sales targets and support the pipeline at every stage.
  • Monitor ad spending and budgeting vs. performance, reporting on campaign performance and optimization strategies.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to bring our developments to life through creative campaigns, visuals, and messaging that connect with the right audience.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across campaigns, brochures, websites, and digital assets. Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring aspirational, lifestyle-focused storytelling to life.
  • Set quarterly marketing OKRs and KPIs across creative, content, digital media teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, teams, and stakeholders to align marketing with business goals. Gather feedback from the field and adapt messaging and targeting accordingly.
  • Stay plugged in to market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to help guide creative direction and media planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years in real estate marketing, preferably with a top-tier real estate developer in the UAE.
  • B2C marketing experience with proven success in digital lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of real estate branding, and market positioning.
  • Good experience with paid ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), analytics, and 3rd party Real Estate portals.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong Leadership, people and project management skills.
  • Experience launching major developments or real estate projects.
