Job description

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Dubai based leading pharmaceutical company as a Marketing Manager.

This role is responsible for leading the marketing team in developing and implementing brand plans across a number of therapeutic areas to optimise the sales and profitability of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and lead Product Managers to develop and implement brand strategy, act as brand champions and inspire their colleagues, particularly the sales team, to achieve defined brand objectives.
  2. Ensure the development of five year and brand plans that address the needs of patients and clinicians to maximise the profitable sales of products.
  3. Work closely with the Sales to ensure sales team input and buy-in to the Brand plans and to ensure optimal implementation of the tactics to achieve sales and marketing objectives within agreed budgets.
  4. Ensure the monitoring, evaluation and review of these tactics, adjusting activity as required to achieve agreed sales and market share objectives.
Experience:

Candidates will need to possess:

  1. Experience of managing a pharmaceutical portfolio with a proven track record.
  2. Direct line management experience of managing a marketing team.
  3. Brand management experience.
  4. You must speak good English, have good communication and presentation skills and be able to work within cross-functional teams.
  5. Marketing accreditation, CIM (or equivalent), A degree in life sciences or marketing (or equivalent).
