Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth market research in the oil & gas sector to formulate regional development strategies and actionable business plans.
• Drive business development efforts for oil & gas EPC projects across the GCC independently.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams for bidding, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, government agencies, NOCs, and EPC companies.
• Achieve KPIs and business development targets set by headquarters.
• Support the full project lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Middle East oil & gas market, with at least 3 years in business development. Experience with international EPC contractors is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills. Familiarity with tendering processes in Middle East NOCs and international bidding.
