The Marketing Manager is responsible to implement, monitor and evaluate marketing communications activities both online and offline, including advertising, promotion and public relations to support the marketing objectives and maximize the positive exposure in regional market.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
  • Recommending strategies to implement in regional marketing plans.
  • Analyzing local competition and strengthening the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas.
  • Implement at local level the guidelines in Marketing & Communication proposed by HQ.
  • Rollout of new store design projects according to the guidelines provided by HQ
  • Understanding marketing plans and tailoring them to suit particular regions.
  • Interacting with GM Middle East to formulate and supervise the regional marketing budget.
  • Evaluating productivity and marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI).
  • Supervising and developing the regional marketing budget.
  • Manage local events in line with the brand strategy and communication objectives
Requirements and skills
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • A Master’s Degree may be appreciated.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing & communication area.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, and networking skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • English fluent.
  • Previous experience in fashion & luxury industry, beauty & cosmetics, eyewear industry.
  • Based in Dubai or open to relocate.
