Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to focus on strategy, campaign, and marketing management. This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive customer growth.
  • Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Communication Crafting : Develop strong Consumer value proposition based on consumer insights, and unmet consumer needs, with strong CVPs and Reasons to believe and turn these into compelling consumer campaigns and marketing stories.
  • Content Creation : Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including copywriting, design, and multimedia assets.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, business units, and marketing functions to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives to make marketing campaigns happen across multi-functional efforts.
  • Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget for campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Customer Insights : Utilize customer insights and market research to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Innovation : Identify and implement new marketing initiatives and strategies to stay ahead of market trends,
  • Full Funnel Approach : Develop full funnel customer marketing plans that drive customer growth, value growth, and retention of customers and can be measured leveraging multiple channels and tactics.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present campaign performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Agency Management : Manage the different marketing agencies, and work in collaboration to implement and execute with excellence

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Brand management experience and strong commercial acumen
  • Consumer champion and can turn insights into actions
  • Strong planning & follow through capabilities
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
