Marketing Manager - Footwear

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for a renowned fashion & footwear brand within a leading retail group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals.
• Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, retail activations, and traditional advertising.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand presence.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content and promotional materials that reflect the brand's voice and identity.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics leveraging data-driven insights to improve future marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the footwear, fashion, or retail industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and retail activations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
