Step into a pivotal role with the global leader in Fragrance & Beauty, as Marketing Manager for Fine Fragrances across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa (SAMEA). Based at our regional head office in Dubai, you will be an essential member of the Fine Fragrance Development team — shaping olfactive trends, inspiring clients, and driving creative marketing excellence.

We're expanding our vibrant Fine Fragrance Marketing team and seeking a Marketing Manager to help drive strategic client projects, translate market insights into creative concepts, and track emerging trends and launches.
As a Marketing Manager - Fine Fragrance, and part of our SAMEA Fine Fragrance team based in Dubai, you will provide industry-leading marketing expertise to support our commercial objectives. You will develop deep market and consumer understanding while creating and delivering impactful client presentations. Your role will also involve trend scouting, brand strategy, and translating insights into winning concepts that shape the fragrance landscape.
You'll report to the Fine Fragrance Marketing Director for SAMEA, and collaborate closely with Sales, Evaluation, and Creation, while enjoying strong opportunities for professional development.

In this exciting role, with a 'can-do' mindset, you will –
Creative Vision and Communication
Develop and deliver compelling, insight-led presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting Givaudan's creative and strategic value.
Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities by aligning creative storytelling with customer brand strategies.
Collaborate with Sales and Evaluation to establish olfactive directions that resonate with client identities and consumer expectations.
Write persuasive concept narratives, fragrance descriptions, and marketing stories that connect with both emotional and brand-level values.
Market Expertise and Consumer Intelligence
Develop a strong expertise in the global fine fragrance markets through continuous market research (desktop and field), social listening, influencer tracking, and brand audits.
Identify and monitor product, format, olfactive, and cultural trends, transforming them into actionable insights for internal teams and customer initiatives.
Leverage tools such to stay ahead of consumer shifts and innovation pipelines.
Client & Brand Strategy Partnership
Deep dive into customer portfolios and target audiences to identify white-space opportunities and build strategic fragrance recommendations.
Support Account Managers by delivering tailored marketing rationales that enhance customer intimacy and establish Givaudan as a trusted advisor.
Co-lead brainstorming workshops and co-creation sessions to unlock new ideas and anchor olfactive strategies in consumer need states.
Marketing Tools and Development
Initiate and co-design marketing toolkits, and trend books that enhance internal creativity and client engagement.
Coordinate and elevate local activations (e.g., Beautyworld, client launches) in alignment with global branding and SAMEA-specific positioning
Partner with creative and design teams to develop high-impact visuals, digital content, and packaging cues.
