The Role Marketing Manager (Digital & Traditional) Location : Sharjah, UAE Reports to : The General Manager Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and results-driven female Marketing Executive with extensive experience in promoting and selling residential real estate in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of marketing and selling apartments, flats, and high-rise residential projects for developers. She will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive qualified leads and achieve sales targets. Must have solid track record experience in a similar role with a Developer. Key Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position projects as premium, desirable offerings in the UAE market.
  • Design targeted campaigns to generate leads, improve brand visibility, and maximize ROI across digital and offline platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns align with sales objectives and timelines. Digital Marketing
  • Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Optimize SEO / SEM and manage lead generation funnels to boost conversion rates.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, websites, and video campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. Traditional Marketing
  • Manage print advertising, outdoor media, brochures, and events to enhance offline brand visibility.
  • Organize and represent the company in open houses, exhibitions, and property roadshows. Sales Support
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain close follow-up with high-potential leads to convert interest into sales. Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct market research to track competitor strategies, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to keep the company’s marketing strategy ahead of the curve. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing and selling residential real estate in the UAE.
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns that delivered measurable sales results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and market dynamics. Key Skills & Attributes :
  • Highly presentable, confident, and well-spoken (Arabic is an advantage, English fluency is a must).
  • Natural saleswoman with persuasive communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
