A leading global dermatology company is seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive brand strategy and execution in the UAE. With a focus on brand portfolio management, strategic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, this role requires a proactive leader capable of making data-driven decisions and guiding their team towards success. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Pharma or FMCG, complemented by digital expertise and a deep understanding of consumer-focused marketing.

Location: UAE, Dubai
To develop and grow the brand portfolio, maximizing long-term growth, profit, and equity, in line with brand strategies for the international market, and to execute on-ground plans.
To lead and inspire the Cx marketing team, providing strategic direction and leadership for effective development and implementation of brand plans.
Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience in Pharma or FMCG industries, preferably with consumer focus, dermatology, or beauty experience.
Strong practical knowledge or experience in Pharma or FMCG sales.
Proven digital expertise and track record.
GCC experience, especially in international or multicultural environments, is a plus.
A well-rounded marketing professional with experience in delivery and design roles, including advertising and innovation development.
Proven ability to build brands and lead teams in line with Galderma leadership expectations.
Decision-making skills, strategic and tactical judgment, and strong communication skills are essential.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and visualize strategies and complex messages effectively.
Data-driven decision-making style, with a focus on consumer touchpoints.
