Job Description

To develop and grow the brand portfolio, maximizing long-term growth, profit, and equity, in line with brand strategies for the international market, and to execute on-ground plans.

To lead and inspire the Cx marketing team, providing strategic direction and leadership for effective development and implementation of brand plans.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead long-term planning (LRP) for Cetaphil and other Cx brands, including growth, innovation, and expansion strategies.
  • Translate LRP into annual budget objectives focused on topline, bottom line, and media/trade investments across platforms.
  • Collaborate within a matrix organization with global and regional teams to adapt global strategies to the UAE market.
  • Develop the ABP for Cx business in UAE and oversee marketing plans across platforms, including advertising, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
  • Manage the consumer journey for Cx and other Galderma areas.
  • Lead pipeline development over three years across platforms.
  • Be fully accountable for P&L in partnership with sales leaders.
  • Participate in S&OP processes, including PMRs and demand meetings.
  • Assess commercial priorities, set strategies, and implement focused delivery plans.
  • Strategically lead and develop the brand portfolio, communicating a compelling growth vision aligned with META strategy.
  • Hold overall responsibility for the brand portfolio.
  • Develop team members through coaching and management to maximize potential and performance.
  • Act as an internal brand champion, building support and influencing across functions and regional teams to meet business objectives.

Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience in Pharma or FMCG industries, preferably with consumer focus, dermatology, or beauty experience.

Strong practical knowledge or experience in Pharma or FMCG sales.

Proven digital expertise and track record.

GCC experience, especially in international or multicultural environments, is a plus.

A well-rounded marketing professional with experience in delivery and design roles, including advertising and innovation development.

Proven ability to build brands and lead teams in line with Galderma leadership expectations.

Decision-making skills, strategic and tactical judgment, and strong communication skills are essential.

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and visualize strategies and complex messages effectively.

Data-driven decision-making style, with a focus on consumer touchpoints.

A true brand champion, considering brand equity implications in decisions and activities.
