Job summary

Boutiqaat is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to lead innovative initiatives that strengthen our brand in the UAE market. You will drive campaigns across digital, social, PR, and influencer partnerships, shaping a customer-centric plan aligned with our business goals.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver measurable results, oversee content creation, and manage launch events to maximize brand visibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Business Management, or a related field.
• MBA is highly desirable.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in managing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong experience with marketing automation and website analytics tools.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
• Create impactful campaigns across digital, social media, public relations, influencer and celebrity partnerships.
• Build customer-focused marketing plans tailored to diverse audience segments.
• Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and company vision.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive measurable business results.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution with excellence and precision.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content, including videos, digital assets, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure every campaign is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Evaluate major promotional activities and transform insights into future success stories.
• Lead launch events, media activations, and brand experiences.
