Marketing Manager – Luxury Retail & Hospitality
We’re looking for a creative and strategic marketing leader with a passion for high-end retail, fashion, and hospitality to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth through innovative campaigns, premium events, and impactful digital presence. You will lead the development and execution of annual marketing and communications plans, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and delivering measurable results.
What You’ll Own:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Plan, implement, and manage the annual marketing calendar, covering strategic, seasonal, and tactical campaigns.
- Lead creative development for all campaigns and marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure alignment with corporate brand standards and strategic priorities.
Events & Activations
- Conceptualise and deliver destination-level events and activations to drive footfall, dwell time, and engagement.
- Manage agency partners and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of events.
- Monitor and report on event performance including ROI, media coverage, and customer response.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Oversee the mall’s social media strategy, calendar, content development, influencer collaborations, and community management.
- Work with internal digital teams and agencies to ensure dynamic, brand-aligned, and engaging digital presence across platforms.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using analytics and insights.
Retailer Relations & Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive joint marketing, in-store activation, and brand launch support.
- Develop monthly promotional campaigns with key tenants and support new store openings through collaborative marketing.
- Provide marketing support and toolkits to enhance tenant engagement and sales contribution.
Budget Management & Reporting
- Manage marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, optimisation of spend, and cost‑effective vendor management.
- Track campaign results and prepare monthly performance reports including spend vs ROI, reach, engagement, and retailer feedback.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles with robust data and insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 7–9 years in marketing, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or shopping malls; 3–4 years in managerial roles.
- Skills: Campaign management, creative development, events, digital marketing, social media, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
