Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible to create and manage annual marketing budget. Measure and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness of sell-out, develop and implement long-term, short-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Can work under pressure and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term, short-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage annual marketing budget. Measure and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness of sell-out.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team across Trade Marketing, GTM, Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing.
  • Oversee the development and execution of product and brand strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate and oversee product launches and promotional events by collaborating with PMs and sales teams
  • Negotiate and manage marketing agreements with partners.
  • Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports to management.
  • Analyze key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Set up overall brand standards at all touchpoints: communication materials, promoters, merchandisers, brand zones, brand stores, website, social media, experience center – with the right message and in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Building, leading and managing Local African Marketing Team, has good understanding of Sub-Sahara culture and people. Work closely with African distributors, channel partners and local companies
  • Can work under pressure and get things done
Required Qualifications

French/Arabic and English languages. Trade Marketing, Retail Development Management background is preferred.
