Job description

Our growing client, based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced Marketing Manager with a background in Financial Services or the Fintech sector.

The Marketing Manager is a vital role for a detail-oriented and ambitious marketing professional with a strong understanding of the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will excel in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and executing targeted campaigns across multiple channels. Expertise includes creating compelling content, managing events, leading team members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies with clear KPIs and ROI measurements.
  • Create product marketing materials, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Produce social media campaigns and digital activities across websites and email.
  • Support investor relations with pitch decks, reports, and website updates.
  • Manage event logistics and create pre- and post-event content.
  • Implement analytics frameworks to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Handle client service tasks, including newsletters and EDMs.
  • Coordinate translations for marketing materials as needed.
  • Review and update website content quarterly to optimize performance.
  • Support lead generation and nurturing with measurable conversion metrics.
  • Present data-driven marketing reports to leadership, demonstrating ROI.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing direction and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
  • Experience in developing KPIs and implementing measurement frameworks for campaigns.
  • Understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
