A leading hotel management company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead an experienced team. You will develop innovative strategies, manage the marketing budget, and oversee campaigns across various channels. Strong communication skills and significant experience in a marketing role within hospitality are essential. Leading our experienced marketing team based in Rotherham (S60 2XL), you’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns that boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales growth.
This role reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
About the role
Diving deep into market research and trends to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of industry challenges, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that boost our brand awareness and market share.
With a sharp eye on ROI, you'll manage the marketing budget and lead the planning and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and events.
You will be responsible for monitoring brand perception, refining messaging, and driving performance through data-driven insights. From crafting compelling content and promotional materials to collaborating with external agencies and internal teams, you’ll ensure brand consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
About You
With significant experience in a senior marketing role and passion for the hospitality industry, you have a strong understanding of market trends and customer behaviour. Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you craft compelling marketing messages which appeal directly to our customers.
A creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, you can efficiently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across a variety of channels and using a host of marketing tools and platforms.
