Job Description

1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email).
3. Coordinate with sales and design teams to create marketing materials and campaigns.
4. Organize and manage real estate events, exhibitions, and property launches.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
6. Handle media buying and advertising across platforms.
7. Track and analyze campaign performance and report on ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 5 years of overall marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the UAE real estate industry.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
3. Proven experience with lead generation strategies and real estate CRM systems.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
