Al Marwan Machinery is seeking a skilled, hands-on Marketing Manager with a strong background in the construction or heavy equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to understand briefs, translate requirements, and execute aligned marketing strategies.
  • Able to set up marketing budgets, develop quarterly OKRs and team KPIs, objectives across content, SEO, SEM, creative, and production functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver clear and insightful monthly reports.
  • Optimize and set up plans for paid and organic campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Strategize, plan and report Marketing Budgets versus growth targets and revenues across all digital channels
  • Define strategic marketing objectives, identify new channels, and develop marketing plans rooted in research and market insights. Tailor efforts for various B2B personas.
  • Lead the planning and execution of company events, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, vendor management, and attendee engagement.
  • Develop and manage events budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates on financial performance.
  • Create growth strategies for on-page SEO best practices, backlink strategies, and smart SEM budgeting. Lead performance reporting and continual optimization.
  • Use and manage CRM data to support campaigns, retargeting strategies, and nurture workflows based on buyer personas and behavior triggers.
  • Review and proofread English and Arabic marketing materials, including company profiles, blogs, ads, landing pages, etc. ensuring brand voice, clarity, and technical accuracy.
  • Plan and report on campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Guide and supervise the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the construction, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors.
  • Proven experience leading digital campaigns with focus on SEO, SEM, and CRM platforms.
  • Must be a seasoned professional in growth marketing, with business-to-business (B2B) Experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (writing, proofreading, and content review).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving B2B lead generation.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong Leadership, people and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot and keyword planning tools.
