Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector to lead our marketing and public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support the Group’s real estate business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the UAE real estate market.
  2. Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and advertisements.
  3. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage.
  5. Prepare and distribute press releases, feature articles, and PR-related communications.
  6. Manage the company’s public image and handle crisis communication when needed.
  7. Lead the digital marketing function, including website management, SEO, and social media strategy.
  8. Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
  9. Organize and execute promotional events such as property launches, open houses, and industry networking events.
  10. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and real estate events.
  11. Conduct market research to track trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  12. Provide strategic input to sales and development teams based on market insights.
  13. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and PR team to ensure goal alignment and professional growth.
  14. Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.

Education

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience

  1. Over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within the UAE real estate industry.

Skills & Competencies

  1. Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulatory framework.
  2. Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy.
  3. Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  5. Ability to perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
