Al Marwan Group, established in 1978, is a holding company with a diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting, and Heavy Machinery trading for construction, mining, oil, and gas industries.

Al Marwan Real Estate/Developments is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record in real estate marketing. The role involves leading campaigns to generate qualified leads, enhance brand presence, and support the launch and promotion of iconic developments. The ideal candidate understands lifestyle branding and the performance aspects of real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Google, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial properties.
  2. Manage lead-generation metrics, develop ad strategies, and track conversion rates to meet sales targets and support the sales pipeline at all stages.
  3. Monitor ad spending and budgeting, analyze campaign performance, and implement optimization strategies.
  4. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop campaigns, visuals, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  5. Maintain a consistent brand voice across campaigns, brochures, websites, and digital assets, emphasizing lifestyle-focused storytelling.
  6. Establish quarterly marketing OKRs and KPIs for creative, content, and digital media teams.
  7. Work closely with sales and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives, gather feedback, and adjust messaging and targeting accordingly.
  8. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to guide creative direction and media planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years in real estate marketing, preferably with a top-tier developer in the UAE.
  • Proven success in B2C digital lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of real estate branding and market positioning.
  • Experience with paid ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), analytics, and third-party real estate portals.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and project management skills.
  • Experience in launching major real estate developments or projects.
