Job description

The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and executing an integrated marketing strategy, across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run a Direct Response Marketing System that brings in qualified leads on autopilot
  • Build and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Plan and execute offline campaigns: letters, kits, brochures — you know the game
  • Write and test offers, hooks, funnels, email sequences, landing pages
  • Analyze funnel data, fix leaks, double down on what works
  • Coordinate external agencies or freelancers (ads, copy, creative, tech)
  • Collaborate with founders and sales on targets, feedback, and alignment
  • Lead the recruitment and management of your own in-house team as needed
  • Select and implement the right CRM, email, automation and analytics tools

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years in performance marketing and lead generation
  • Proven success in creating scalable campaigns (especially for B2B or services)
  • Solid media buying experience: Meta, Google, LinkedIn
  • Funnel building expertise: opt-ins, tripwires, retargeting, automation
  • Strong copy instincts — or the ability to manage copywriters with precision
  • Experience leading a team and coordinating agencies
  • You understand and apply direct response marketing
  • You’ve studied (and used) principles from Dan Kennedy, Gary Halbert, Eugene Schwartz
