The Role

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to help shape and grow the AIR brand. This is a hands-on role ideal for a mid-level marketing professional with around 5 years of experience, particularly in branding and PR. Industry-specific experience isn’t essential, we are more interested in your ideas, energy, and ability to make an impact in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and market positioning
  • Drive public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and partnership communications
  • Work closely with leadership to define and refine brand identity and messaging
  • Manage content creation across digital and offline platforms (website, social media, newsletters, presentations, brochures)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, and Operations) to align messaging and support business objectives
  • Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports and insights for leadership
  • Support event planning, activations, and sponsorships as part of the wider brand strategy
  • Contribute to the development of the new department’s structure, processes, and culture

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on branding and PR
  • Excellent communication skills and a flair for storytelling
  • Excellent English skills
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and design sensibility
