Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all marketing initiatives for Budget Rent a Car in Dubai, covering both car rental and leasing business segments. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, digital presence, and revenue growth while aligning with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
General Marketing:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to promote both car rental and leasing services.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI on all campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, HR, finance) and external vendors (agencies, designers, media buyers) for timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Car Rental Marketing:
- Drive B2C campaigns targeting tourists, corporate clients, and walk-in customers.
- Oversee digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, paid ads) to generate online reservations and walk-in traffic.
- Lead promotions during peak travel seasons and events (e.g., holidays, expos, sports events).
- Strengthen partnerships with travel agents, hotels, airlines, and booking platforms.
Leasing Marketing:
- Develop B2B marketing strategies to attract corporate clients and long-term leasing customers.
- Create and promote corporate leasing packages and fleet solutions.
- Work with the sales team to develop customized marketing proposals and sales presentations.
- Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, corporate networking events, and customer workshops.
Digital & Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
- Manage social media presence, online reviews, and engagement.
- Maintain and update the company website with new offers, services, and content.
- Oversee CRM tools to support customer retention and re-marketing efforts.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze performance of marketing activities using KPIs and dashboards.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Car rental and leasing industry.
- Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English
