MARKETING MANAGER - DUBAI

We have been retained by an international client that is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of brands within the F&B/Hospitality sector. The applicant must have strong marketing skills, high energy, and a great personality.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop compelling brand strategies and plans based on market data that align with brand positioning and business objectives to drive impact.
  2. Execute marketing plans and monitor key metrics to track performance and identify opportunities to strengthen brand equity and revenue.
  3. Plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging, branding, and customer journey across all channels.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies for each brand.
  5. Manage end-to-end campaigns (digital, traditional, and in-store) aligned with business goals.
  6. Oversee content creation, social media planning, and execution to boost engagement and audience growth.
  7. Utilize analytics tools to track online performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  8. Manage staff involved in marketing activities.
  9. Plan and execute brand events, launches, and activations across outlets.
  10. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring activities deliver value and ROI.
  11. Maintain financial records for all brand initiatives.
  12. Stay updated on marketing trends.

Ideal Candidate:
