Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Lead omnichannel marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and personalized customer journey across digital, social, and traditional touchpoints.
  • Manage website content, CRM platforms, and digital analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the development of marketing automation workflows and targeted campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align digital and omnichannel strategies with overall brand objectives.
  • Manage e-commerce and digital sales channels, optimizing performance and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead partnerships with digital agencies, media platforms, and technology providers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and omnichannel engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong expertise in digital advertising, marketing automation, CRM, and data analytics.
  • Experience in managing omnichannel strategies, integrating digital and offline marketing approaches.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media advertising, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in the MENA region with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Arabic speaker is preferable.
