Our client, an innovative digital platform, is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead customer segmentation, drive acquisition campaigns, and enhance partner retention.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in growth or lifecycle marketing -particularly within subscription-based, SaaS, marketplace, or tech-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve customer profiling and dealer segmentation using behavioral and transactional data
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to enhance the B2B journey
  • Design and execute test-and-learn growth campaigns across channels (email, paid, direct outreach, referrals)
  • Bring fresh, bold marketing ideas to life—this is a chance to break new ground
  • Use data and experimentation to continuously refine acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, growth, or demand gen—ideally in a subscription-led business
  • A strong grasp of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and campaign testing
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot a plus)
  • A creative, data-driven mindset—you enjoy pushing boundaries
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-moving or uncharted industries

Preferred:

  • Experience in automotive, marketplaces, or SaaS
  • Background in experimentation frameworks and performance marketing
