Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and creatively driven Marketing Manager who thrives in high-energy environments. This role is perfect for someone who understands the power of storytelling, knows how to build hype, and can translate business goals into marketing that moves the needle.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, offline, and experiential channels to support event launches, partnerships, and brand campaigns.
- Campaign Management:
- Lead 360° campaigns for key shows, events, and activations—from concept through execution, including media planning, agency coordination, and ROI tracking.
- Brand Development:
- Drive consistent brand messaging across touchpoints. Own the tone, visual language, and identity across platforms.
- Digital & Social Media:
- Oversee performance marketing, SEO, paid social, and influencer campaigns. Collaborate closely with content creators and agencies to drive reach and engagement.
- PR & Partnerships:
- Build and manage media relationships, identify strategic collaborations, and leverage influencers or brands to amplify visibility.
- Audience Insights:
- Use analytics tools to understand audience behavior, engagement metrics, and campaign performance—adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budgeting & Reporting:
- Manage marketing budgets and deliver regular performance reports to leadership. Track KPIs and recommend actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within entertainment, events, media, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven success running multi-channel campaigns and launching new products/events.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape in the Middle East.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Arabic language is a plus, but not mandatory.
