Job Description

Your mission: You will develop and manage Dubai Finance's overall marketing strategy to further expand our position as a leading specialist in real estate finance and investment advisory in Dubai. You will ensure that our expertise, values, and services are presented clearly, convincingly, and consistently across all channels, both digitally and through high-quality customer materials. Additionally, you will develop new campaigns that inspire our customers and set industry standards.

Your tasks:

  1. Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen Dubai Finance's market position.
  2. Strategic management of all online marketing activities (website, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, performance marketing).
  3. Create and enhance high-quality marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, customer gifts, and testimonials.
  4. Develop and execute new lead magnets and campaigns that offer real value and attract new customers.
  5. Ensure clear and compelling communication across all channels.
  6. Innovate with new ideas to positively surprise customers and exceed expectations.
  7. Monitor and optimize all marketing efforts based on relevant KPIs.
  8. Collaborate closely with management, sales, and external partners.
  9. Identify new trends in online and performance marketing for continuous activity development.
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably with a focus on online and performance marketing.
  • Experience in lead generation and developing innovative campaigns.
  • Creativity and ambition to set new standards in customer engagement.
  • Structured, independent, and proactive work approach.
  • Strong communication skills and high-quality material processing.
  • Excellent written and spoken German; good knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEA, CRM systems).
  • HubSpot experience is a significant plus.
