KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the UAE in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify key events, sponsorships, and marketing opportunities, focusing on audience relevance, brand impact, and business potential.
  • Build strategic relationships & partner with key industry players, agencies & vendors
  • Produce engaging content for our website & social media channels
  • Manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis

Event & Sponsorship Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Daikin’s presence at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event analysis to assess performance, ROI, and potential improvements.
  • Create an event participation calendar based on business priorities, marketing budget and stakeholder participation

Budget Management & ROI Analysis

  • Manage the UAE marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-impact investments.
  • Regularly measure ROI for all marketing activities using data-driven tools and KPIs.
  • Develop & promote data-based decision making

Brand & Market Insights

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities and materials in line with Daikin global standards.
  • Lead Generation
  • Partner with sales teams to track and enhance the conversion of marketing efforts into business leads.
  • Implement campaigns that support the sales pipeline, including digital and offline touchpoints.

Timing & Resource Allocation

  • Align marketing activities with strategic business timelines and product launches.
  • Prioritize resources based on performance, business need, and audience engagement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in event marketing, sponsorship evaluation, and brand positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and interpret ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
