They have a very strong in-house digital team and what they need now is a Marketing Manager to bring it all together, be the big ideas person, elevate the brand's presence, and drive impactful, omni-channel campaigns.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who blends creative spark with strategic clarity. You'll work across digital and traditional marketing, helping execute everything from campaign ideas and influencer activations to partnership outreach and pop-up events. You won’t be managing a team directly but will be the central hub for pulling together the right people to get things launched.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand marketing strategy across multiple channels and markets
  • Build relationships with aligned, culturally relevant partners and brands
  • Scope and launch marketing campaigns that feel fresh, relevant, and exciting
  • Drive omni-channel strategy across retail, e-commerce, affiliate, and content
  • Bring structure to campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery
  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Plan and coordinate brand activations and events that generate buzz
  • Measure and report on marketing performance and ROI
  • Be involved in market launches, including international growth and new concept rollouts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and digital coordination teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within wellness, fitness, supplements, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong creative instincts paired with a results-driven mindset
  • Solid understanding of influencer, affiliate, and community-led marketing
  • Excellent project coordination skills can turn a big idea into a real plan
  • High energy, culturally aware, with a passion for trends and modern marketing
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up environments with global ambitions
  • Experience working with creative teams (copy, design, content) and digital teams
  • Strategic thinker with great instincts on positioning and storytelling
