Discovered MENA is hiring a Marketing Manager in Dubai to lead the brand and go-to-market ahead of its AI software launch. You will shape the narrative, own the marketing roadmap, and partner with executives to translate complex software into clear, high-impact messaging.

Initially a solo lead, you’ll design the marketing function, oversee digital channels, and build a team as growth accelerates, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions, ROI, and cross-functional collaboration with sales

• Extensive marketing experience leading brand, digital, and managerial functions.
• Proven history within software or technology environments with exposure to data security, business software, or high growth startups.
• Demonstrated track record of crafting brand foundations and market positioning from scratch.
• Practical experience managing web assets, content distribution, digital visibility, and automated marketing tools.
• Commercial acumen with experience collaborating alongside sales functions to drive pilot customer interest.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using reporting tools to measure channel performance.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas simply and persuasively.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the entire marketing, positioning, and market entry strategy in close alignment with commercial targets.
• Create brand guidelines covering visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks across all touchpoints.
• Direct execution across digital channels, including website oversight, social channels, SEO, and targeted campaigns.
• Translate technical software capabilities into compelling messaging tailored to technical and commercial decision makers.
• Track industry movement, competitor activities, and market shifts to keep positioning distinctive.
• Define performance metrics, manage budgets, analyze ROI, and optimize spend using data driven insights.
• Design the future internal team structure and recruit specialist roles as the department expands.
