About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing on property, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies for the resort and its branded residences. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing-communication across all customer touchpoints and B2C channels. Key responsibilities include content creation, storytelling, brand awareness campaigns across digital, social, and print platforms, omnichannel execution, and project management. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the wider Commercial team—including Digital and Social Marketing, Communications, and Business Analytics—as well as the corporate brand team, ensuring alignment and consistency across all brand marketing efforts.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand champion on property, ensuring all communications align with the resort’s positioning and identity. Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies, including new resort openings, and support the creation and implementation of brand guidelines and ongoing strategic campaigns.
  • Lead the development of visual concepts and integrated marketing campaigns for use across multiple channels including social media, website, email, and both online and offline advertising. Manage creative resources and external agencies to deliver high-quality brand materials.
  • Drive storytelling initiatives across platforms through compelling content. Oversee photoshoots, manage post-production, and ensure a steady flow of content for digital, print, and in-resort use, including website, email marketing, social media, and guest touchpoints.
  • Manage the planning and execution of omnichannel content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Develop creative briefs, manage RFP processes, coordinate with external brand and marketing agencies, prepare visual presentations, and oversee the use of project management tools to track and deliver campaigns on time.
  • Support the application of brand standards across all guest-facing and internal touchpoints, including pre-arrival communications, in-room and F&B collateral, amenities, signage, and back-of-house materials, ensuring a cohesive brand experience throughout the property.
  • Design and produce sales and marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and advertising campaigns to support commercial initiatives and elevate brand presence.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Strong understanding of brand building with the ability to think both strategically and creatively to support brand growth and positioning.
  • Solid grasp of luxury creative design, with hands-on experience using design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote.
  • Deep understanding of B2C content communication across multiple channels and how they integrate to shape the full consumer journey.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including search engine marketing (SEM), programmatic advertising, social media, video content, and display banners.
  • Excellent English writing skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and brand voice.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills to drive campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands, either on the client or agency side.
  • Proven success in managing brand, content, and marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally when required.
