Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with a passion for fashion and strong industry knowledge to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels with a keen eye for style and trends that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals, product launches, and seasonal calendars.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Manage visual and verbal brand communication for all marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multichannel campaigns (digital, print, influencer collaborations, events).
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website content. Track analytics and optimize performance.
  • Influencer & PR Collaborations: Identify and partner with influencers, stylists, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
  • Retail & Ecommerce Support: Collaborate with retail and ecommerce teams to create marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversion both in-store and online.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fashion trends, market competition, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and fashion shows to enhance brand presence.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently and measure ROI on campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior marketing team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5 years of marketing experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion retail, brand development, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in marketing software/tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Shopify, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • A strong creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
